1 General Terms & Conditions

Tkbat apps (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These terms apply to our website, mobile app, and all related services.

• An active mobile number — verification is mandatory.
• Date of birth — used for age verification purposes.
• An active email address (optional, but required to receive bonuses).

Only one account is permitted per individual. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or mobile number will result in all accounts being closed immediately and balances may be forfeited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain amount. This process may require you to submit a copy of your National ID or passport.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

For deposits:

• Payments will only be accepted from a mobile number registered in your own name.

For withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Approved withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method as your deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is completed.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Tkbat apps regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before accepting.

Welcome Bonus:

• A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to the specified maximum limit.
• A specific rollover requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.
• Minimum odds apply to bets placed using bonus funds.

General Bonus Policy:

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only available after all conditions have been met.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on tkbat apps and apply equally to all users.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds may change before an event begins — the odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Bets cancelled due to technical issues during live betting will be fully refunded.
• If suspicious activity is detected in connection with the outcome of any event, all related bets may be voided.
• Maximum bet amounts vary by game and event.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkbat apps and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Using false or forged identification documents.
• Attempting unauthorized access to tkbat apps systems (hacking).
• Placing artificial bets for the purpose of abusing bonuses.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Tkbat apps reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity is found.
• When directed by a court or law enforcement authority.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Users are generally notified by email or SMS before a permanent account closure. However, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice.

Any valid balance remaining after account closure will be returned following verification. However, balances on accounts closed due to rule violations may be forfeited.

10 Policy on Changes to Terms

Tkbat apps reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via SMS or email.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
